Getting started

Allow DearPix to access your photos, then choose Random, Today, Recent or a month. Swipe up for the next item and down to go back. Use the trash button to mark an item for deletion; unmarked items you have viewed are kept when you finish the batch.

Videos and Live Photos can play as you browse. Use the photo menu to change autoplay or open photo details. No DearPix account is required.

Review and undo

The trash button marks an item for your final review. It does not immediately delete it from Photos. Undo brings back your latest selection. Review the selected items before confirming the iOS deletion request.

If you already confirmed deletion, check Recently Deleted in Apple Photos. Recovery is subject to the availability shown by Photos.

iCloud and offline viewing

DearPix loads previews as you browse. If an item is available only in iCloud, it may need a connection before it can be displayed or played. Follow the loading explanation to retry, continue or view ready items.

Already available local photos, videos and Live Photos remain viewable offline. There is no manual batch download step. Photo-library permission and the items available on your device determine what can be shown.

Free and paid access

The free allowance is 50 newly organized photos or videos per day. Repeated viewing, zooming, undo and reviewing choices do not consume extra allowance. A batch already in progress can be finished.

Yearly access and the lifetime purchase provide the same unlimited organizing. Lifetime is a one-time payment. Yearly access renews automatically unless canceled through Apple.

At public launch, the U.S. introductory subscription price is US$4.99 for the first year, then US$9.99/year for eligible new subscribers. The launch lifetime price is US$13.99; the regular lifetime price is US$18.99. Launch offers are planned for the first 14 days after the public App Store release. Always check the localized price and terms shown by the App Store before purchasing.

Restore a purchase

Open Settings in DearPix, open the full-version page and choose Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple verifies the entitlement; closing a purchase or code-redemption sheet alone does not grant access.

If a valid purchase is still missing, contact support with the app version and a description of the issue. Apple handles payment details; we do not need your card information.

Cancel or manage yearly access

Use Manage subscription from the active yearly-access page in DearPix, or open iPhone/iPad Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid access remains available until its period ends. After expiration, the free allowance returns and your organizing history remains.

Buying lifetime does not automatically cancel an existing yearly subscription. Manage that subscription with Apple to avoid further renewals. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. Requests for App Store refunds are handled by Apple.

Photo permission and local data

You can change DearPix photo access in system Settings. If you selected limited access, only those selected items are visible to the app.

You can reset organizing progress from DearPix Settings. This is separate from deleting photos in Apple Photos. For details about local data, Apple Maps and purchases, read the privacy policy.
